Prodteams

Prod-Teams is a collaborative platform that connects remote development teams through streamlined task tracking and live documentation. I led the full branding and visual identity for the product, followed by a complete UX/UI redesign focused on usability, clarity, and scalability. The project involved defining the brand’s visual language, typography, and color system; building a modular design system in Figma; and designing responsive wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces for key user flows — including onboarding, dashboard, and project management tools. The updated brand and interface significantly improved product consistency, reduced user friction, and elevated the overall user experience across devices.
