Capritinto
Carpitinto is a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic Argentine wine penguin. Designed in ceramic, this piece blends tradition with a modern, sculptural approach, evoking the spirit of shared meals and timeless rituals. Inspired by the capybara —a native, peaceful and social animal— the form abstracts its features into a minimal and elegant silhouette. The project involved concept development, 3D modeling, mold prototyping, and final artisan production. Carpitinto elevates the classic tableware into a collectible design object rooted in local culture.
